Registration as a Partner: You must register as a partner agency to access our services. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
Enquiries and Reservations: When making enquiries for travel services through our platform, you agree to provide accurate information and details. After agreeing to receive a service from a local agency in Albania, any changes or cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions you agreed with the local agency that will provide the service. It is your responsibility to discuss and negotiate these terms with the Albanian agencies.
Communication between Parties: All communications between you and the local agencies in Albania should be in writing, and the channel used should be email. You agree to add AH in cc in all communications. This will maintain a high level of transparency and help us assess the quality of the service provided from local agencies in Albania and eventually choose the best local partners in the future.
Payments: You agree to make payments for booked services in a timely manner and in accordance with the agreement you will have with the local agency in Albania. Payments will be through bank transfers to their account. Failure to make timely payments may result in booking cancellations or additional fees.
Pricing and Availability: Prices and availability displayed on the platform are usually accurate. These details are provided by local agencies in Albania and may change without notice. Therefore, in some cases we do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of the information displayed on our platform. We will check them for you within 1 working day after you have submitted the enquiry.
Communication: You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including emails, messages, and updates related to your bookings and our services.
Intellectual Property: The content, design, and layout of our platform are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
Termination: Both parties, you and us, reserve the right to suspend or terminate the partnership and access to our service at any time by communicating this via email.
Liability: We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense of your customers that may arise from interactions with the Albanian agencies and service providers. We strongly recommend suggesting to your customers purchasing appropriate travel insurance.
Penalties on Bypassing Albanian Gateaways: In the event that you directly engage with local agencies in Albania introduced by us (partners of AH), thereby bypassing AH’s services, you will be liable to pay a penalty. The penalty shall be determined based on the value of the transaction and the damages caused to AH’s business. Engaging directly will result in the termination of further services from AH. The direct engagement is not permitted up to 18 months after termination of the partnership with AH
Limited Liability Clause: AH acknowledges that it is acting solely as an intermediary and cannot be held liable for any failure to provide services by either party. However, we have in place agreements with our local partners to obligate them to deliver service with the highest quality.
Amendments: Whenever we modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions, you will be noticed 15 days prior. Any changes will be effective on the date of the notice upon posting on our platform.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Tirana.
